May leads Neo Legal's China Desk — providing fully bilingual EN/中文 counsel to Chinese corporates, capital and family groups entering the UAE. Her practice covers UAE market entry, joint-venture structuring, family office establishment in DIFC and ADGM, holding-company architecture, and the full bilingual contract lifecycle. Where a transaction requires coordination between Chinese mainland counterparties and UAE establishment, May runs both sides of the engagement in their native language.
Her Creator & Influencer practice advises 8-figure-following content creators, professional athletes, and digital-economy founders on UAE NMC/MRO influencer licensing, brand-deal negotiation, morality-clause review, content protection, and tax residency planning. She also leads corporate and commercial advisory engagements with particular depth in digital business models, IP-led brand portfolios, and start-up structuring — having founded her own Web3 venture in 2021 and operated it as principal.
