Last updated: 13 May 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of neolegal.ae (the "Site"), operated by Neo Legal Consultancy FZ-LLC ("Neo Legal"). By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
1. No legal advice
The content on this Site is provided for general information only and is not legal advice. Reading the Site, downloading material from it, or sending us a form submission does not create a lawyer-client relationship. A formal engagement with Neo Legal is only established by way of a signed engagement letter and the completion of our client onboarding procedures (including identity verification).
2. Submissions and confidentiality
Information you submit through the contact form, by email, or by phone is treated in confidence. However, unsolicited information shared before a formal engagement is in place may not attract legal professional privilege. We recommend you keep initial communications brief and not share confidential or sensitive matter detail until we have confirmed engagement.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, the Neo Legal name and logo, page design, and the underlying code — is owned by or licensed to Neo Legal and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and download a single copy of material from the Site for your personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use, including copying, redistribution, framing, scraping, or use to train artificial-intelligence models, is prohibited without our prior written consent.
4. External links and third-party content
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. Neo Legal is not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current. We may modify or remove content at any time without notice. Legal and regulatory information on this Site is provided as a snapshot in time and may not reflect subsequent changes.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Neo Legal is not liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, special, consequential, or otherwise) arising from your use of, reliance on, or inability to access the Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts of Ras Al Khaimah, save where any DIFC- or ADGM-specific engagement terms apply.
