Levent has led M&A transactions and fundraisings ranging from A$20 million to over A$150 million, advising founders, boards and institutional sponsors through the full transaction lifecycle — from term sheet to integration. His financial services practice covers AFSL holders, fund managers, family offices and capital-markets participants on both sides of the regulatory perimeter.
Beyond Neo Legal, Levent is Founder and Board Director of Twenty3 Sport and Entertainment, and oversees a portfolio of more than ten companies across technology, funds management, energy and property.
